In Tokyo, in the year 2023, societal changes like internationalization and expanded trading have resulted in a darker side to society. Criminals have become more entrenched and their organizations have grown in size, leading to a decline in peace and security. Recognizing the severity of the issue, the government takes action and introduces an innovative solution. To combat these special criminals, an extralegal police force is created. This special team, known as Warriors, is made up of a select few elite members.
