Running the Digital Camera Club together, Nao and Miki have their own strengths when it comes to photography. Nao usually focuses on capturing beautiful skies, but an unexpected encounter with a rooftop cat that can manipulate the wind throws her off balance, literally. Startled, Nao falls off the rooftop! Miki is not only Nao's close friend but also a fellow member of the photography club. Mr. Taiki is the one responsible for training the wind-manipulating cat, which Ryoko has taken a liking to. Meanwhile, Jun is helping in the search for the mysterious feline, and Yukio happens to be the widow of Mr. Taiki's late brother. In a town on the outskirts of the city, a group of Wind Handlers is gearing up for the enigmatic Wind Festival.
