With rumors of biological weapons being used in war, United States Special Agent Leon S. Kennedy covertly enters a small Eastern European country to investigate. However, upon infiltration, the U.S. government orders him to evacuate the area immediately. Despite the order, Leon remains resolute and proceeds to the battlefield to put an end to the catastrophic chain of events brought about by the malicious use of the Bio Organic Weapons.
