After waking up on an unfamiliar street with no recollection or clothing, Retro and Pandy join forces and embark on a life of thrills and violence. With Retro's outrageous stunts and Pandy's lighthearted demeanor, they're the ultimate partners in crime who love to wreak havoc wherever they go. However, a hasty error lands them in prison, and they're soon sent to Dead Leaves—a heavily guarded penitentiary situated on the Moon. While there, they realize that their fellow inmates are all genetically-mutated clones. With time on their hands, Retro and Pandy lead the clones in a successful jailbreak. They assemble a mutant squad and forge ahead with their quest for pandemonium, making their whimsical escape into the unknown.
