Dreams provide an outlet for people to express their deepest desires and emotions, but if these powerful emotions spill over into reality, the dream can quickly become a chaotic nightmare. Touko and Rinko are siblings nicknamed "yume tsukai" (dream wielders), tasked with putting these nightmares to rest. Armed with toys as weaponry, the duo must eliminate the nightmare and restore the dream to its rightful owner before it wreaks havoc.
