Miyuki and Natsumi, who have recently joined the LAPD, are tasked with probing into a series of atypical car thefts in their locality. To their utter surprise, Miyuki's prized possession, the yellow 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1, is swiped within a blink of an eye. However, things take a ghastly turn when they unravel the identity of the perpetrator behind the theft.
