During the Three Kingdoms era of third-century China, Zhuge Kongming rose to become one of the most renowned tacticians. However, after leading his army to numerous grueling victories, he falls gravely ill during the Battle of Wuzhang Plains. The weariness and remorse that stem from the unending war finally catch up to him as he draws his last breath. He wishes that if he were to reincarnate, it would be in a more peaceful epoch. His wish is granted, and Kongming wakes up in modern-day Tokyo with a youthful body and his memories intact. In this unfamiliar world, he stumbles into a nightclub and meets Eiko Tsukimi, a talented aspiring singer whose performance instantly captures his attention. Taking pity on his disorientation, Eiko becomes his guide into the current world, sparking Kongming's interest in contemporary music. Impressed by Eiko's immense potential as a musician, he vows to make the world see her talents and thus becomes her manager. The music industry, however, is unyielding to even the slightest of mistakes. Nevertheless, Kongming remains determined to achieve his goals, even if he must utilize the battle strategies he had become famous for in his previous life!
