The familiar realm of Earth is accompanied by the parallel dimension of the Black World, a knowledge that eludes only a handful. In honor of an extended spell of peace, an agreement has persisted between the two worlds, on the brink of renegotiation to uphold equilibrium. This time, a group of militant troublemakers refuse to allow the signing of a new treaty that would preserve inter-dimensional peace. The Black Guards, an elite organization responsible for preserving balance between the worlds, have appointed two of their agents to guarantee the treaty's success. Director Yoshiaki Kawajiri, known for Ninja Scroll, flawlessly incorporates alluring sensuality, gruesome terror, and breathtaking action in a race against time for both agents to solidify the treaty.
