Ganpachi, the "Ultimate Teacher," is assigned to a rundown school where he must reform the delinquent students and equip them with real-world skills. However, Hinako, the leader of a rebellious gang, opposes Ganpachi's intervention, and employs her secret weapon, lucky kitty underwear, to confront him. The plot thickens when it is revealed that Ganpachi is a product of genetic experimentation.
