Sunao Konoe is surprised to find that there is no drama club at her new school when she starts attending. She is determined to create one herself, but faces difficulties such as the unexpected arrival of a childhood friend, a strange student body, and an overbearing student council president who bans her from doing so. As a result, forming the club turns out to be a more difficult task than she had first thought.
