Ichigo Momomiya had high hopes for her date with her crush, Masaya Aoyama. She dreamt of a romantic evening with him, never expecting to wake up as a cat-human hybrid. Was it the fault of the feline that invaded her body, causing her to exhibit bizarre behavior such as a sudden craving for fish? No one knew. But when Masaya was attacked by a monster, Ichigo discovered her latent powers - the ability to transform into a magic girl with cat-like features, known as Mew Ichigo. After rescuing Masaya, Ichigo was confronted by two scientists Ryou Shirogane and Keiichiro Akasaka, who revealed a startling truth. They had injected her with Iriomote Cat DNA, intending to create a magical heroine who could save the world from extraterrestrial invaders. Though Ichigo bravely accepted her mission, she soon realized that she could not fight alone. Fortunately, she learned that there were four others like her, and together they could prevent the aliens from conquering the entire planet. Ichigo must now find her comrades before it's too late.
