The 24th Ward is an artificial island in Tokyo Bay where childhood friends Shuuta, Ran, and Kouki reside. However, a tragic incident alters their bond, and they end up drifting apart. A mysterious call from someone presumed dead brings them back together after a year. The voice is recognizable, and they must work together to protect their community. Remarkably, the first episode is an hour-long special.
