One of the most famous stories is that of Hanako-san, the ghost of a young girl who is said to haunt the school restrooms. At Kamome Academy, there is a different version of the Hanako-san tale where one can summon the ghost in exchange for a wish, but no one has succeeded yet. However, Nene Yashiro accidentally summons Hanako-san while searching for love, only to discover the ghost is actually a boy! As Nene's love life takes unexpected turns, she becomes involved in the supernatural world as Hanako-kun's ally.
