Milk-chan, a slobbering infant with a fondness for vulgar language, resides in an apartment with her comrades Tetsuko, an outdated robot, Hanage, a lethargic partner, and Robodog, an energetic pet. They promptly answer the President's requests for aid, from thwarting a waffle-obsessed counterfeiter to counseling a drunken fish. Yet, their persistent problem is their landlord, who hasn't received rent payment for half a year, posing a constant threat. The group must avoid his relentless calls in order to preserve their unorthodox dwelling.
