An angel condemns Jae-young, a typical woman in her mid-20s, to death, and she transcends to Heaven. To her, the prospect of going to Heaven holds no significance as she believes it lacks logic and compassion. Even so, she embraces her destiny and proceeds to say her goodbyes to her mother and friend. As she parts ways with them, the will to live begins to torment her.
