As the god of light and future ruler of the Joker Star System, Amaterasu assumes the identity of the youthful mecha conceptor, Ladios Sopp. Urged on by his longtime acquaintance, Dr. Ballanche, Amaterasu finds himself tasked with rescuing the doctor's most recent creations - Fatimas Lachesis and Clotho. Thus marks the beginning of the Joker System's history, and the blossoming of Amaterasu's affection for Lachesis.
