Kimihiko Kimizuka had a knack for attracting trouble and often ended up involved in criminal activity. During one kidnapping and hijacking, he crossed paths with Siesta, a renowned detective who became the hero of the ordeal. Siesta convinced Kimizuka to join her as her partner in their mission to travel the world, preventing threats to mankind. Sadly, Siesta passed away three years later. Although Kimizuka attempted to move on, he found that Siesta's impact continued to influence those he met on his adventures.
