Tezuka Osamu delves into his own life experiences through his work as he delves into the legendary tale of Son-Gokuu, a powerful monkey born from a stone, equipped with extraordinary abilities that drive him towards perilous destruction. The Buddha ultimately puts an end to Son-Gokuu's destruction by confining him to Mt. Gogyo, only for him to be later rescued by Sanzohoshi who takes him on a treacherous expedition to India, filled with intimidating monsters.
