The plot of this series draws inspiration from the boys-love game known as Taisho Mebius Line, set in Japan's Taisho period (1912-1926). The narrative centers around Kyouichirou Hiiragi, a young man who leaves his rural home to pursue higher education in Tokyo. To protect himself, he carries his family's heirloom sword, passed down for generations. However, upon his arrival in the city, he becomes entangled in a scheme plotted by the Imperial army.
