Ako and Mephisto left Cure Muse's successful mission of rekindling her father's kind heart together, returning to Major Land. Suddenly, an eerie howling noise exploded, only to be replaced by a deafening silence. Despite their attempts to contact Major Land, Ako and Mephisto received no response. Filled with worry, Hibiki and her companions traveled to Major Land where they found a lifeless world without music and its people playing instruments without sound. The only survivor, Suzu, told them about Aphrodite's change, wiping out all music from the land. Ako and Mephisto were skeptical and went to Aphrodite's palace to uncover the truth, while Hibiki, Kanade, and Ellen followed Suzu who had fled. As they chased after Suzu, the girls encountered three men who had their eyes set on the Healing Chest. As they unravelled the truth, the Pretty Cure realized who was the true enemy they had to fight.
