Tokyo was destroyed by an earthquake during the first decade of the 21st century. Subsequently, Japan lost its fundamental hub of governance and manufacturing and became a chaotic, unregulated region. In his search for his sister, Takateru Suga found out that she was taken captive by the formidable Koryukai gang. To rescue his sibling and decimate the criminal syndicate, he joins forces with a drag queen, two former soldiers of fortune, and a nun.
