After his recent enrollment in Wakame High School, Okometsubu Fujiyama sets his sights on befriending 100 individuals. However, his plans take an unexpected turn upon encountering Masaru Hananakajima, a unique and highly skilled practitioner of the "Sexy Commando" fighting style. Affectionately dubbing Fujiyama "Fuumin," Masaru invites him to join his newly founded club, devoted to mastering this distinctive form of combat. As the club grows in popularity, it draws in a cast of peculiar and amusing personalities, ranging from extraterrestrial beings to those with flamboyant mustaches and adorable creatures.
