Hamaji Youhei, a lethargic and unfocused first-year high school student, is finding it difficult to keep up with his academic and athletic pursuits. His social life is also lacking as he is deemed a pervert and shunned by girls. He is aimless and lacks any purpose in life until he is convinced by a second-year student to join a club where he can indulge his inappropriate tendencies. Eventually, he ends up joining the Water Polo Club but with his fickle nature, will he be able to find his place in the organization?
