On his inaugural day at Ousai Private Academy, a school previously exclusive to girls, Takatoshi Tsuda gets singled out by Shino Amakusa, the president of the student council, for his unkempt attire. Feeling contrite for delaying Takatoshi's attendance to his first lesson and citing that there's a need to add a masculine perspective to adapt to the incoming male pupils, Shino extends the role of vice president of the student council to him. Despite his apprehension, Takatoshi gets nominated as the freshest member of the student council without even entering the school premises. As Takatoshi gets to know the other members of the student council, he realizes that they are eccentric individuals: Shino, who appears as a diligent and composed individual, is, in fact, a lewd pervert and enamored with erotica; Aria, the secretary, seems like the archetypical sheltered affluent girl, but she turns out to be even more provocative than the president; and Suzu, the treasurer, may act ordinary, but she has the physique of a primary school student, leading her to feel excessively self-conscious about it. With these kaleidoscopic characters around him, the new vice president must weather the continuous barrage of sexually-infused humor and madness.
