At first glance, the amnesiac bounty hunter, Wu Liuqi, appears quite menacing. His lethal scissor techniques, powered by telekinesis, and his ability to shape-shift with ease, make him seem like a force to be reckoned with. However, Wu is far from being a successful bounty hunter - in fact, he's not very good at his job. Despite his fearsome abilities, Wu often bungles his assignments, taking out the wrong people or failing to complete a job altogether. The root of his incompetence, though, is a simple one: Wu is just an ordinary kid with a kind heart, thrust into a profession that does not suit him. Wu is not alone in his journey, though. Accompanied by his feathered companion Dai Bo, Wu is on a quest to recover his lost memories - a quest that seems to intersect with his work as a hairdresser, and his nighttime activities as a bounty hunter. Though Wu's jobs are ostensibly only a way for him to pay off a debt, they may hold the key to unlocking his past.
