This OVA comprises two parts and features a series of short stories that connect to the School Rumble franchise. It introduces new content that bridges the gaps between episodes, from start to finish. The included episodes are: 1) "Smile, Please! Mammoth, Yum! May I Fall in Love?" which sees Yoshidayama as a delinquent, Imadori chasing after a tomboy, and Harima fighting to become an ancient hero. In the present day, an employee reveals his love interest during a moment of darkness. 2) "New-Term Excitement! To Be Near You Scramble! The Naked Truth!" brings Yakumo together with a foreigner through frequent naps and psychic activities. In Class 2-C, Tenma gets worked up about sitting next to her crush due to the seating arrangement, causing commotion. A particular delinquent feels nervous about sitting next to her.
