As Toyotomi Hideyoshi approaches the completion of his conquest, the formidable Odawara Castle remains defended by Ujiyasu Houjou, known as the "Lion of Sagami." Leading the charge are Hideyoshi's handpicked commanders, including Ishida Mitsunari, Katou Kiyomasa, Fukushima Masanori, Ootani Yoshitsugu, Shima Sakon, and Naoe Kanetsugu. In the midst of the battlefield stand two valiant warriors of the Sanada clan: elder sibling Nobuyuki and younger sibling Yukimura. As the stalemate wears on, Yukimura charges into the fray on his trusty steed, with his brother closely behind.
