In the late 1920s, New York City had been restored to peace after the battle with Nobunaga. However, Shinjiro's life takes an unexpected turn when the owner of Little Lip Theater forces him to take the lead as "Cleopatra," disguised as actress Petitmint. Reluctant to take on the role, the Star Division members embark on a chase across the five boroughs to persuade him. Meanwhile, a young man with a deep, ominous stare and his servant have arrived in the city. They have their sights set on nothing less than the Statue of Liberty. Shinjiro and company must protect the city's hopes and dreams from this new threat, all while preparing for an upcoming show.
