Touma Inaba was about to take an exam at Keio University, one of Japan's top three colleges when he was interrupted by a knock on his door. It was Urara Kasuga, a young girl from his childhood whom he barely remembered. Urara professed her love for him, which was more than just that of cousins, and offered Touma a place to stay since he had nowhere else to go but his hotel room. Just as Touma was about to take the exam, he met Meiko Yotsuba, a sophisticated and stunning woman who was also vying for a spot at Keio. Meiko passed, while Touma failed, thanks to the cold he caught from Urara. Despite his disillusionment, Touma pretended to have made it to impress Meiko. He found himself caught in a love triangle between Urara and Meiko, trying to convince Meiko he was a Keio student while still supporting Urara.
