Bean Bandit and his accomplice, Rally Vincent, earn their living as couriers, offering their clients transportation services and delivering cargo for a considerable sum of money. Their preferred mode of transport is their state-of-the-art vehicle, "Roadbuster." However, when they accept a job to accompany a young girl named Chelsea back to her home, they had no idea that they would be set up for a kidnapping they didn't commit. Unbeknownst to them, their former clients Semmerling and Carrie had conspired with Chelsea's father to escape with both the young girl and the ransom money.
