At Seishou Music Academy, a new group of talented young women heralds the start of another lively school year. Meanwhile, the graduating 99th class is busily preparing for their much-anticipated performance of Starlight, a poignant tale of two girls forced to part ways. While all of her fellow Actor Training Department classmates have mapped out their post-graduation plans, Karen Aijou is struggling to find her place in the world. Though she fulfilled her promise to put on a play with her ambitious childhood friend Hikari Kagura, Karen finds herself at a loss without Hikari as her guiding force. Now, without a clear sense of direction, Karen must navigate the realities of the stage world and carve out her own unique path to success.
