A man named Kyouya Hashiba, aged 28, has been struggling with numerous setbacks in his life. Despite leaving his dull office job to pursue his dream of designing video games, Kyouya's internship at a renowned game studio is cut short. This leaves him unemployed and with no other option but to move back into his parents' home. To make matters worse, he is filled with regret when he realizes that the "Platinum Generation," a group of creatives his age, have achieved phenomenal success mostly due to attending art college. Kyouya has lost all hope and believes that there are no second chances in life. However, everything changes when he wakes up one morning to find himself ten years in the past.
With this incredible opportunity, Kyouya regains his confidence and decides to follow his heart by attending Oonaka University of Art instead of pursuing a business degree. His journey begins when he meets his intern supervisor Eiko Kawasegawa and becomes roommates with Aki Shino, an artist struggling with underperformance, Nanako Kogure, an aspiring singer and actress, and Tsurayuki Rokuonji, a naturally talented writer. As Kyouya and his friends work on multiple projects together, they draw closer to achieving their full potential as creators. In the end, they are able to transform their lives into versions that they have always dreamed of.
