A vending machine enthusiast meets a tragic end when he is ironically crushed by one. Upon reincarnation in a foreign world, he is transformed into a vending machine surrounded by frogmen and other creatures. With limited stock and two products, the machine requires coins for power, upgrades and restocking. Fortunately, a woman discovers the sentient gadget and transports it to a human colony where it slowly begins to influence its surroundings. Despite its inability to speak and its reliance on pre-recorded vending machine phrases to communicate, Boxxo the Vending Machine gains a significant number of followers along the way.
