Frank and Karl, the twin brothers, are staying with their Uncle Charles while their parents are out of town. They meet Mike and Sally at school and introduce them to the world of R.C. Racing. However, Karl dismisses it as "just baby games." They visit the Race Tin club, where Mike challenges them to a race. Unfortunately, Karl struggles with the controller buttons, and Frank comes in second behind Mike. The group also explores a car shop where they inspect various cars, and Mike uses his own vehicle to explain the upgrades necessary for higher-level R.C. Racing machines. The boys continue to race against opponents like Marco, Sword, Tommy, Norton, and Ocean. Eventually, they face Sword once more in the thrilling finals.
