Set in Tokyo in the year 2120, Inspectors Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov of CID Unit One have conflicting views on truth and justice in a society controlled by the Sibyl System. As the mastermind behind a series of crimes, Koichi Azusawa targets the CID and launches an attack on the Public Safety Bureau Building. Unit One faces the greatest danger it has ever encountered, putting Arata and Kei's loyalty to the test. These three episodes were released as a single film with a limited theatre run, while also being released on Amazon Prime at the same time.
