Popee the Performer follows the lives of a close-knit group of performers as they strive to perfect their circus acts in a desert setting. The group often finds themselves hilariously sabotaging each other's progress. The series focuses on Popee, an eccentric clown sporting a red-striped jumpsuit and bunny ears. He wows the audience with his incredible juggling skills, clowning, and breathtaking knife and bomb throwing performances. However, Popee has an unbalanced desire to harm his owner and hapless assistant, which always proves to be futile.
