Their battle is interrupted by an unforeseen thunderstorm and the sudden arrival of Bashou and Buson, who belong to the notorious Roketto-Dan. Utilizing the Crystal System to attract Electric-type Pokemon, they endeavor to bring back Pokemon to Sakaki, under the direction of the renowned Shiranui-hakase. While attempting to foil their scheme, Kenta and Marina unintentionally uncover the capture of the legendary Raikou, adding complexity to their already challenging predicament.
