While enjoying a picnic, Pikachu and his buddies stumble upon a Ghost Festival. Emboldened, they venture inside, only to encounter Ghost Pokemon and other creatures like Koffing, Lickitung, Ditto, and Cubone. Meowth, too, comes across the spooky celebration and is terrified beyond belief. However, Pikachu forges alliances with the spirits, and they collaborate to scare Meowth off.
