Jesse, James, and Meowth have built a colossal new Team Rocket headquarters and are organizing a grand gala soon to showcase it to their boss. They have enslaved a group of Whismur Pokemon, armed with maracas, and intended to make them the entertainment of the event, much to their disappointment. On discovering the plight of their fellow companions being held captive in the base's prison cell, Pikachu, Torchic, Mudkip, and their gang decides to free them. The subsequent escape plan leads to an unexpected group dance as both allies and rivals join in.
