Ichimura Tetsunosuke suffered immense trauma after his parents were killed by a Choushuu murderer. Fuelled by a thirst for revenge and a desire for strength, he joined the Shinsengumi when he was 15. However, he was lacking in the crucial combat skills, mentality, and resolve needed to protect the group and uphold peace without emotions. Despite having the support of his brother Tatsunosuke and new allies within the Shinsengumi, Tetsunosuke was unaware of the vicious and agonizing challenges he would face as a member of this renowned organization.
