Patema, the ruler of an underground community, craved freedom from her stifling industrial environment. Fuelled by her inquisitive nature, she risked exploring the forbidden "danger zone" and was met with a cloaked stranger, ultimately falling into an abyss. Upon awakening, she was bewildered by the topsy-turvy world where the once-upright sky was now below and the ground levitated above her, separated only by a fence. Unexpectedly, she was rescued by a fellow student named Age, and both grappled with the challenge of maintaining their orientation.
