Tsubomi is a cunning and lustful student who works at a lingerie establishment - a gentleman's club where young women in revealing attire serve drinks to customers. Though she's not good at her job, she has her boss under blackmail in order to avoid being terminated. One day, she has a fling with a handsome young man, only to later encounter a strange talking cat adorned with a butterfly on its forehead. The cat asks her to become a magical soldier and fight against Beene, a dominatrix elf under the orders of Regina Apis, a chaotic matriarch who seeks to establish her own dynasty. As Tsubomi trains to harness her newfound powers, she is saved by a masked hero named Dandelion. This anime is a humorous parody of the magical girl genre, with a particular nod to Sailor Moon.
