On New Year's Eve 2000, Tezuka Osamu, known for his youthful spirit, joins his own creations for a party at Dr. Tenma's mansion. However, just as the festivities are about to commence, Tezuka mysteriously vanishes from his room in what appears to be a kidnapping.
