Luffy and his crew participate in a dance carnival on Mirror Ball Island, and their presence captures the notice of the pursuing Marines after Jango the hypnotist. In an attempt to flee, Jango hypnotizes the entire island to involuntarily dance, causing Luffy and his comrades to get swept up in the festivities.
