The latest TV special unveils Luffy's two-year training with Silvers Rayleigh in Rusukaina Island following the Battle of Marineford, a previously untold story in both manga and anime. The show also introduces a formidable new foe named Burndy World, aka "The Destroyer of the World," who possesses the MoaMoa Fruit and its unknown abilities. Luffy's mission is to defend Boa Hancock from this escaped adversary, who originated from Impel Down's level 6. Additionally, Eiichiro Oda, the original creator of the manga, has provided a fresh design for this villain.
