In a far-off metropolis called Cahmpon, set in the distant future, a scientist invents Noiseman - a synthetic being that harvests music from the airwaves and transforms it into crystals. However, a courageous band of motorcycle-riding youths refuse to accept this dictatorship and rebel against it.
