Mikiko Amane, a primary school student, has moved between schools frequently, preventing her from developing deep relationships or making friends knowing she'll leave soon. She has approached life with a detached and distant attitude. However, when she transfers to a new school, she meets a boy who disguises himself as a feline. She finds him so fascinating that she struggles to contain her curiosity.
