Mikako Kouda is focused on creating her own fashion brand and attends Yazawa Art School with her childhood friend Tsutomu Yamaguchi. Despite their tight bond and frequent arguments, they insist that they are just friends and nothing more. This all changes when Tsutomu's appearance begins to resemble Ken Nakagawa, the lead singer of the popular group Manbou, and he catches the attention of many girls.
