The four Cell 13 inmates are notorious for their knack for cunning escapes from every other facility with an impeccable success record. Juugo, a locks expert, has spent most of his life behind bars. Uno, a gambler, possesses great intuition. Nico, an otaku, has abnormal drug reactions. Rock, a brawler, loves food. Their daily antics create headaches for Hajime Sugoroku, the facility supervisor, who tries fervently to prevent their Nanba getaway.
