Zipangu is currently in the midst of a civil war, with both mankind and gimmick warriors involved. These superhuman machines engage in a power struggle against their human counterparts. Seeking to become the ultimate Samurai warrior, Musashi sets out on a journey that takes him through a variety of battles where he encounters various heroes and villains, including his lifelong foe and skilled swordsman, Kojiro. Musashi and Kojiro are tasked with escorting the General's granddaughter, who is also a Princess, but her mischievous nature leads them on a series of misadventures. Furthermore, they become entangled in a battle for control over their homeland.
